We've built companies that most people read about.

15+ years inside founder-led companies. Apple under Steve Jobs, WeWork under Adam Neumann, CloudKitchens under Travis Kalanick. Our team has launched markets, navigated and closed $100M+ in enterprise deals, built multilayered teams, and kept execution moving across orgs that didn't report to us.

Our founding team's track record

Six companies. All founder-led. All moving faster than their systems could handle.

2009 – Present

TESF — Chief Advancement Officer

Co-founded a national 501(c)(3) that now operates across 29 states. Lead operations, fundraising, and technology modernization. This is where the systems-building started.

2010 – 2013

Apple Retail — Team Lead, Business Sales

Led 15 Business Specialists in Apple's highest-grossing store. 175 SMB and enterprise clients. $7M+ in revenue across 12 quarters. Top 1% globally three consecutive years: 140%, 164%, 131% of plan.

2014 – 2020

WeWork — Community Manager → Regional Sales Director

Early employee. Promoted four times in five and a half years. Scaled regional ARR from $20M to $120M in 24 months across 21 locations. Led 7 market launches. Closed $70M+ in enterprise deals with Amazon, Puma, EzCater, and the U.S. Air Force. Top performer globally four consecutive years. Stayed through the IPO run, the restructuring, and the layoffs.

2020 – 2021

CloudKitchens — Northeast Business Lead

Deployed by the COO to build the Northeast from scratch. Recruited a 42-person org (AEs, SDRs, CSMs) and launched 9 markets in 8 months. Hit 120%+ of plan. 40% faster time-to-revenue than any other region.

2022

Allwhere — Head of Sales & Partnerships

Stealth-stage startup. Built the GTM strategy from zero. Generated 50% of total company revenue in 6 months. 210% of plan. 35% of new logos.

Why work with us

We've operated inside hypergrowth, not studied it.

Most consultants know hypergrowth from case studies. We know it from the org chart that changed monthly, the systems that broke under load, and the timelines that got cut in half on a Thursday. WeWork, CloudKitchens, and Apple taught our team what scaling feels like at the operational level.

We lead across functions without direct authority.

Same pattern at every engagement: walk into a cross-functional problem across sales, marketing, ops, and CS. Impose clarity. Drive accountability. Keep execution moving, usually with teams that don't report to us. Founders need this constantly and struggle to hire for it.

We build the technology ourselves.

We built a full-stack SaaS platform end-to-end: React, TypeScript, Supabase, 19 Edge Functions, AI document processing. We configure Salesforce, deploy marketing automation, and ship production code. When we recommend a system, we can implement it. No handoff to another vendor. No six-month integration project.

Curious whether we'd be a fit?

30 minutes. No pitch, no deck. Just a conversation about where you are and what might move the needle.
