Approach

Implemented Salesforce NPSP as the central donor management platform. Built email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Integrated GA4 and Givebutter for digital fundraising tracking. Developed grant writing processes and a donor stewardship strategy that connected online engagement to offline relationship management.

Full-stack platform build in a complex regulatory domain

Challenge

A complex regulatory domain (irrevocable life insurance trust administration) needed an end-to-end software platform. No existing product served the market. The build required document processing, compliance workflows, role-based access, and AI integration. There was no engineering team.

Approach

Designed and built the entire platform: React frontend, TypeScript backend, Supabase database and auth, 19 Supabase Edge Functions, AI document processing via Gemini, automated PDF generation, and a full role-based permission system.
